dc.description.abstract	Cel pracy Celem pracy było zbadanie wpływu preferencji smaku słodkiego i tłustego na ryzyko wystąpienia nadmiernej masy ciała u dzieci i młodzieży. Celem badań było również ustalenie innych możliwych czynników, które mogą mieć wpływ na preferencje smakowe, a w efekcie na powstawanie nadwagi i otyłości u dzieci i młodzieży. Materiał i metody Badaniem objęto grupę 150 dzieci w wieku 815 lat, z terenu województwa podkarpackiego. Zostały przeprowadzone dwa testy sensoryczne zgodnie z metodologią badania: Sensory preference test for the sweet and fatty taste i Measuring the perceived sweet and fat taste intensity of children, adolescence and their parents, które są częścią europejskiego projektu: Determinants of eating bahaviour in European children, adolescents and their parents prowadzonego pod patronatem Konsorcjum I.Family. Dokonano trzykrotnego pomiaru podstawowych parametrów antropometrycznych: wysokości oraz masy ciała. Wśród rodziców i dzieci rozprowadzono ankiety: „Kwestionariusz dotyczący diety dziecka dla rodzica”. „Kwestionariusz preferencji artykułów żywnościowych i napojów”. Wnioski 1. Istnieje związek pomiędzy preferencjami smaku słodkiego i tłustego a masą ciała. Dzieci preferujące smak słodki bądź smak tłusty a także słodki i tłusty charakteryzowały się większą masą ciała 2. Preferencje smaku tłustego matki wiążą się z ryzykiem nadwagi i otyłości u dzieci. 3. Nadwaga i otyłość rodziców w sposób istotny wpływa na występowanie nadwagi i otyłości u dzieci.	pl_PL.UTF-8
dc.description.abstract	Aim of study: The aim of the study was to investigate the influence of sweet and fatty taste preferences on the risk of overweight in children and adolescents. The purpose of the study was also to identify other possible factors that could influence taste preferences and, as a result, overweight and obesity in children and adolescents. Materials and method: The study included 150 children aged 8-15 from the Podkarpackie Voivodship. Two sensory tests were conducted according to the test method: Sensory preference for sweet and fatty taste and Measuring the perceived sweetness and fatness of children, adolescence and their parents, which are part of the European project: Determinants of eating bahaviour in European children, adolescents and their parents under the auspices of the I.Family Consortium. Anthropometric parameters: height and weight were measured three times. Questionnaires: "Parental Questionnaire for Parents". "Food and drink preferences questionnaire" were distributed among the children and parents. Conclusions: 1. There is a relationship between sweet and fat taste preferences and body weight. Children who prefer a sweet taste or a fatty taste, as well as sweet and fat are characterized by higher body weight 2. Mothers fat tastes preferences are associated with the risk of overweight and obesity in children. 3. Parents' overweight and obesity significantly affect the occurrence of overweight and obesity in children	pl_PL.UTF-8
