Note expresses the facts that restrict the owner's title to dispose of real estate or informs about the real estate or about the right to the real estate. Omawia zagadnienie wprowadzenia praw do katastru nieruchomości poprzez instytucję zapisu w sytuacji, gdy następuje zmiana w prawie własności nieruchomości (powstanie, zmiana, wygaśnięcie) na podstawie umowy.
