| dc.description.abstract | W ostatnich latach w polskim systemie oświaty można zauważyć coraz wyraźniejszy trend związany z personalizacją kształcenia. Wyraża się on obecnością m.in. różnych form tutoringu, ruchem edukacji domowej czy szkół demokratycznych. Zmiany demograficzne, wyzwania rynku pracy, ale także wizja Ministerstwa Nauki i Szkolnictwa Wyższego wskazują, że personalizacja jest ważną wskazówką również dla kształcenia akademickiego. W niniejszym artykule aspekt ten będzie analizowany z perspektywy najnowszej literatury przedmiotu, a także własnych obserwacji. | pl_PL.UTF-8 |
| dc.description.abstract | In recent years in the Polish educational system might be noticed more pronounced trend of the personalization of education. It is expressed by the presence inter alia of various forms of tutoring, home education or democratic schools. Demographic changes, labour market challenges, and the vision of the Polish Ministry of Science and Higher Education indicate that personalization is an important prerequisite also for academic education.
