Bezpieczeństwo stało się jedną z najważniejszych kategorii XXI w.. Niezwykle szybki rozwój technologiczny z jednej strony bardzo jej sprzyja, ale z drugiej przyczynia się do powstawania nowych zagrożeń, a co za tym idzie – do szukania nowych rozwiązań, które mogłyby im zapobiec. Społeczne wartościowanie technologii i edukacja dla bezpieczeństwa wydają się być najważniejszymi z nich.Security has become one of the most important categories of the 21st century. Extremely rapid technological development on the one hand promotes it very much, but on the other it contributes to the emergence of new threats, and consequently to finding new solutions that could prevent them. Technology assessment and education for security seems to be the most important of them.
