Pozycja Bullying in the Workplace in the Context of Slovak Labour Law(Wydział Prawa i Administracji Uniwersytetu Rzeszowskiego, 2015-09) Olšovská, Andrea; Švec, MarekBullying in the workplace has recently become a frequently discussed topic. Not only does this phenomenon have a negative impact on the working environment, it also touches upon several scientific disciplines. These are the reasons because of which this paper deals with the basic characteristics of this phenomenon in the context of labour law. Because of the fact that the national law on bullying in the workplace is insufficient, enforcement of rights and obligations in conformity with good morals and prohibiting abuse of personal rights may be considered to also apply to the protection of a bullied employee.
