Thus, man relies more and more on his intellectual abilities, and less and less on movement. It is for this reason that a person should dedicate himself to daily moderate physical exercise in order to compensate for his daily need for movement. Proper attitude towards physical exercise, as well as the formed habit of exercising in early childhood, are some of the crucial factors that determine whether physical activity in the later stages of life will be an integrated part of life. Only in this way can today’s man avoid the consequences of hypokinetic syndrome.Pozycja Space for Media and Digital Literacy in the Context of Primary Education(Wydawnictwo Uniwersytetu Rzeszowskiego, 2021) Karasová, Mária; Uhrinová, MiriamThe contribution focuses on current questions and issues in the area of mass media influence on the behaviour of pupils of a younger school age in Slovakia. This process is connected with the human need to create objects, which apart from being more or less useful should be also beautiful. The study focuses on the difficulties some early school education teachers have to distinguish activities related to tasks carried out within the scope of technical education and those related to arts education. It should be underlined that children’s ability to create objects of practical use is mostly emphasized by the principles and aims of technical education, whereas the purpose of art activities is to help children discover beauty by collecting experience. Despite such assumptions, a significant part of the respondents does not notice any distinctive variations between these educational areas, stating that the distinctions are blurred and indicating that selected art tasks are parts of technical classes.Pozycja Pupils' Decisions to Pursue Technical Education(Wydawnictwo Uniwersytetu Rzeszowskiego, 2021) Pavelka, JozefThe study presents selected results of empirical research conducted in 2019 in primary schools in Slovakia and the Czech Republic. The author analyzed information systems and services in education, taking into account the possibility of using technologies for analytical data processing. The problem of using data analytics tools in education at present is the lack of uniform formats and tools for integrating information systems. Data in education accumulates in various solutions that do not share the results of the educational process. Based on this, it is impossible to build a clear system of end-to-end interaction between systems on common platforms. The author aims to solve this problem by modeling an integrated solution for data analysis at all levels of education. The article proposes technical and organizational solutions for the creation of integrated analytics services that allow accumulating and transmitting data on educational results during the transition of a student between learning levels. The analysis tools are based on the use of big data technologies.Pozycja Eye-tracking Analysis of the Ergonomics of an Internet-based Educational Portal in the Acceptance Testing Process(Wydawnictwo Uniwersytetu Rzeszowskiego, 2021) Wawer, Rafał IreneuszIn the article I will present the concept of using eye-tracking to examine the ergonomics of operating an Internet educational portal in the acceptance testing process. In May 2021 professional burnout was included within the list of the WHO International Classification of Diseases, however, not as a disease, but as an occupational syndrome significantly affecting health of an employee. However, it is worth noting that it is only from 2022 that professional burnout will have become a disease which will need to be treated. The research presented below shows that there are many factors which cause this new disease, and stress is among the main ones. Working as a teacher, which is considered one of the professions of supportive nature, means being exposed to various stress factors. One of the most dangerous effects is professional burnout which can lead, among others, to many health disorders, subjective treatment of students, and ultimately, make teachers resign from their job.
