Pozycja Business Value Management Problems(Wydawnictwo Uniwersytetu Rzeszowskiego, 2008-12) Kolesnikova, Irina I.The aim of work is to analyze the methods of business value. The internal profit earning mechanism is a core method of cost assessment and the aggregative business assets (property) that are involved in the production process. The assessment methods based on the capital flow are the simplest and the most popular once. To promote the attractive of business for investments it is essential to achieve optimum profit distribution to satisfy aspiration of the business and its owners.Pozycja Demography of small and medium enterprises in Belarus(Wydawnictwo Uniwersytetu Rzeszowskiego, 2021) Kolesnikova, Irina I.Business demography is an important information basis for making strategic decisions in the business area. This allows institutional bodies to optimally adjust their policies regarding the development of entrepreneurship nationally in such areas as regional development, employment, unemployment, education, sources of financing for small and medium-sized businesses, innovation policy, simplification of bureaucratic procedures, etc. Business demographic indicators characterise the dynamics of economic development through the adaptation of economic structures to changing market conditions. In addition, they assess the potential contribution that new start-ups can make to the important employment problem through job creation. At the same time, the organisation is primarily seen as a community of people, and capital optimisation is presented as an addition to the optimisation of people. In the study, in addition to analysing the classic indicators of business demography such as the activity population of enterprises, “birth”, “survival” (up to five years after birth), “death”, etc., a new indicator was proposed for implementation: the natural increase rate in the number of organisations in Belarus calculated both for the economy and for the types of economic activity. The study will help to develop recommendations for developing measures in the field of entrepreneurship development using a regression model that identifies the relationship between changes in business demographics and employment. A set of measures to support entrepreneurship are becoming an integral part of national economic policy, a powerful factor in increasing the level of “survival” of enterprises and increasing the share of “fast-growing” organisations. This contributes to the achievement of sustainable development goals. Stimulating development and support for small business, with the ability to quickly respond to changes in market conditions, will help provide the “coronavirus” economy with the necessary flexibility, an especially important factor in the context of COVID-19.Pozycja Housing security as an indicator of the living environment(Wydawnictwo Uniwersytetu Rzeszowskiego, 2022) Kolesnikova, Irina I.Housing is one of the core values that provide citizens with a sense of economic stability and security, as well as stimulate them to work productively. Housing is an important element of the quality of the living environment in Belarus. There is a problem in the republic of providing the population with comfortable and affordable housing. The identified regional differences in housing security, both between countries and between regions within the country, are due to the fact that different territories have a number of socio-economic, natural-geographical and ecological characteristics, which include: – within the country, this is the difference in the economic and geographical position of agricultural regions in terms of soil fertility for the cultivation of certain agricultural crops; radioactive contamination of certain territories of Belarus, the level of their development; – the difference between the countries is explained by different levels of social and economic development of territories, living standards of the population, differences in the development of the banking and financial and credit spheres, the industry of the regions, information transparency of the housing sector, and a number of other factors. This was confirmed using the index analysis of housing security of the population of the regions of Belarus and the cluster analysis of the aggregate of the CIS countries.Pozycja Labour efficiency in Belarus within the framework of achieving sustainable development goals(Wydawnictwo Uniwersytetu Rzeszowskiego, 2020) Kolesnikova, Irina I.The labour market in the Republic of Belarus has been recently developing the conditions which have witnessed a constant decrease in the number of people employed in the economy due to the transformation of the population structure. Among the factors that impede the effective development of the regions, uneven territorial distribution of labour potential was revealed. It leads to labour redundancy in some regions and a shortage of personnel in others. The main goal of the study is to investigate the influence of selected factors on labour market indicators in the Republic of Belarus in 2013–2018. The indicators under research characterise standard of living, unemployment, rationality of personnel policy, employment efficiency, labour productivity and others. Thus, it is possible to assess the efficiency of labour potential management in the framework of achieving sustainable development goals. As a research tool, statistical methods were used, including the method of comparisons, the multivariate index models, correlation and regression analysis. The solution to the problem of territorial inequality in the labour market can be found through a number of measures that are aimed at: stimulating labour mobility of citizens; creation of new attractive jobs in labour-intensive areas; assistance in employment and housing; organization of training for the unemployed in professions that are in demand on the regional labour market; simplification of starting business procedures, etc. To ensure sustainable development in the face of a decrease in the number of employees, as well as a decrease in the share of workers, this tendency must be correlated with the processes of improving labour methods and techniques, modernizing production, introducing new equipment and resource-saving technologies, automating production processes to ensure increased labour productivity and reduced excess employment.Pozycja Research of the efficiency of the use of innovative resources organizations in Belarus(Wydawnictwo Uniwersytetu Rzeszowskiego, 2019) Kolesnikova, Irina I.The ultimate goal of the study is to analyze the performance indicators of innovative resources of industrial organizations using economic and statistical methods. The proposed system of innovation resource performance indicators characterizes the performance of organizations from the standpoint of different input vectors: the indicators express the financial performance of organizations, the effectiveness of research and development, the cost effectiveness, the provision of fixed assets to workers, and the efficiency of labor input. As a result of the analysis, the growth of financial profitability of scientific and technical works was revealed; it characterizes a higher financial performance of research and development in comparison with the efficiency of sales of organizations. The structure of employment of scientific researchers in OECD countries is considered. As the share of expenditures on education in the total amount of expenditures of the consolidated budget decreases, it is necessary to create material incentives for attracting employees and securing the existing employment in the sphere of education. An international comparison of the share of government R&D expenditures in GDP by countries of the world was carried out, and countries with high and low levels of knowledge intensity were identified. It has been revealed that investments in fixed assets have a significant impact on the level of costs for technological innovations. Thus, the system of indicators allows us to understand the size of the research and development sector in the scale of the country’s economy.Pozycja Scientific and Technological Problems of National Security(Wydawnictwo Uniwersytetu Rzeszowskiego, 2013) Kolesnikova, Irina I.Main areas of neutralizing the sources of threats to national security in the field of science and technology is the formation of an effective national innovation system and implementation of new technology strategy development of the economy. The study analyzed the influence of factors on the indicators of innovation development. These include indicators of innovative capacity, reflecting the structure of the resources used, as well as indicators of innovative activity, allowing both quantitatively and qualitatively describe the innovative products. Improving the investment climate in Belarus is a necessary step in ensuring the attraction of budgetary funds and investors to support and implement innovative projects.Pozycja The Information Support of the Innovation Activity(Wydawnictwo Uniwersytetu Rzeszowskiego, 2010) Kolesnikova, Irina I.Badanie treści procesów innowacyjnych, realizacja wytyczonego celu wymagała przeprowadzenia szeregu takich wielokierunkowych działań, jak formowanie specjalnych organizacyjnoekonomicznych mechanizmów wsparcia małych innowacyjnych przedsiębiorstw.
