Ewaluacja jako badanie osądu wartości interwencji publicznej – założenia teoretyczne

Abstract

Celem opracowania jest prezentacja zjawiska ewaluacji z uwzględnieniem kryteriów oceny. Przedstawiono funkcje, cele oraz możliwości wykorzystania wyników ewaluacji. Wyniki uzyskane w trakcie badań ewaluacji powinny odzwierciedlać przyjęte cele i kryteria. W procesie ewaluacji ważne jest określenie co jest skutkiem, w jakim punkcie realizacji jesteśmy i czy nie zeszliśmy z założonej ścieżki, którą mamy dojść do celu, co należy zrobić, aby naprawić lub udoskonalić oceniony stan.The aim of this paper is to present the phenomenon of the evaluation and the evaluation criteria. It present functions, objectives and possibilities of using the results of the evaluation. The results obtained during the evaluation of research should reflect the objectives and criteria adopted. It is important to determine what effect, at what point the implementation we are and whether or not we are descended from the established path that we have come to the end, what should I do to fix or improve the state reviewed.
