Perspektywy rozwoju pozarolniczego systemu ubezpieczeń społecznych jako narzędzia polityki społecznej w Polsce

Abstract

W artykule zaprezentowano modele polityki społecznej w Unii Europejskiej oraz narzędzia stosowane w realizacji tych modeli. Ponadto opracowanie zawiera zadania z zakresu zabezpieczenia społecznego realizowane po transformacji systemowej w 1989 r. W artykule przedstawiona została diagnoza efektywności reformy systemu ubezpieczeń społecznych w 1999 r. Publikacja zawiera propozycje kolejnych zmian w polskim systemie ubezpieczeń społecznych.The models of the social politics in European Union and instruments applied in the realization of these models were presented in the report. The report moreover contains tasks from the range of the social protection realized after the system transformation in 1989 r. Diagnosis of efficiency of reform of system of national insurance schemes in 1999 r. was introduced in the report. The paper he contains the proposals of next changes in the Polish system of national insurance schemes.
