Bariery rozwoju kapitału ludzkiego osób niepełnosprawnych

Abstract

W artykule przedstawiono skrócony przegląd niepełnosprawnego kapitału ludzkiego. Wśród nich możemy wyróżnić bariery: naturalne, psychiczne, psychologiczne, diagnostyczne, edukacyjne, infrastrukturalne, ekonomiczne i bariery związane z zatrudnieniem. Bariery te niejednokrotnie skutecznie wpływają na rozwój i samorealizację osób niepełnosprawnych trudne. Zatem rozwój i wykorzystanie kapitału ludzkiego które w nich mieszkają.In this paper the shortened review of the handicapped human capital was showed. Among them we can distinguish the following barriers: natural, mental, psychological, diagnostic, educational, infrastructure, economical and barriers connected with employ[1]ment. These barriers more than once effectively make the development and self-realization of the handicapped people difficult. Thus the development and use of the human capital that reside in them.
