Abstract

Identyfikacja potrzeb szkoleniowych jest pierwszym etapem procesu szkoleniowego pracowników. Dostarcza ogólnej diagnozy organizacji, poddając szczególnie analizie kapitał ludzki. Celem dokonania analizy potrzeb szkoleniowych jest ustalenie rozbieżności pomiędzy stanem aktualnym organizacji a pożądanym. Staranne przeprowadzenie identyfikacji potrzeb umożliwia zatem dostrzeżenie aktualnych potrzeb oraz przewidzenie przeszłych, wymagających interwencji w postaci szkoleń lub przeprowadzenia zmian w organizacji.
