Nové řídící struktury podniku

Abstract

Organizované struktuře biochemických pochodů, pro něņ jsou typické uzavřené, ale navzájem v celek propojené cykly, je podobná fraktálová výroba. Aby mohla komunikovat s vnějńím světem, musí ji řídit logistici, coņ se děje obzvláńť v interních distribucích a informaĉních kanálech. Cílem příspěvku je na základě systematizace poznatků vycházejících z teoretických principů manaņerování a poznatků získaných realizovaným průzkumem, navrhnout způsob a principy nových řídících struktur podniku.Fractal manufacturing is similar to organized structure of biochemical processes, for which closed but connected cycles are typical. In order to communicate with the outside world, it has to be managed by logistics, which is especially true in internal distributions and information channels. The aim of the paper is to design the way and principles of the new management structures of the company (based on synthesizing the knowledge based on the theoretical principles of management and knowledge gained from the research).
