Rola państwa w instytucjonalnej transformacji relacji ekonomicznych

Abstract

W artykule analizowana jest rola państwa w instytucjonalnej transformacji relacji ekonomicznych w gospodarce przejściowej. Uwzględniono zadania państwa w zakresie likwidacji przestarzałych rozwiązań instytucjonalnych, kreacji otoczenia instytucjonalnego sprzyjającego efektywnemu funkcjonowaniu gospodarki rynkowej oraz konieczną zmianę metod regulacji i kontroli.The role of a state in an institutional transformation of economic relationships in the countries with transitive economy has been studied. The formation of institutional environment of the market economy has been considered. Liquidation of out-of-date institutions and creation of more efficient ones has been analyzed. The most prospective directions of changing the state’s role on the new stage of institutional transformation and efficient methods of control and regulation have been determined.
