Współpraca Prezesa Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych z niezależnymi organami nadzorczymi kościołów i związków wyznaniowych w Polsce na przykładzie działalności Kościoła katolickiego

Abstract

Niniejszy artykuł ma na celu przedstawienie współpracy Prezesa Urzędu Ochrony Danych z niezależnym organem nadzorczym powołanym przez Kościół katolicki. Biorąc pod uwagę niezależność i autonomię Kościoła katolickiego przewidzianą m.in. w Konstytucji RP oraz Konkordacie między Stolicą Apostolską a Rzeczpospolitą Polską z dnia 28 lipca 1993 r., autor ma na celu wskazanie podstawy, zakresu oraz zasad współpracy między ww. organami. Postara się również przedstawić, jakie korzyści przyniesie taka współpraca nie tylko organom, ale jaki może mieć wpływ na podniesienie poziomu ochrony i bezpieczeństwa danych osobowych.This article aims to present the cooperation between the President of the Personal Data Protection Office and the independent supervisory authority appointed by the Catholic Church. Taking into account the independence and autonomy of the Catholic Church provided for, among others, in the Constitution of the Republic of Poland and in the Concordat between the Holy See and the Republic of Poland of 28th July 1993, the author aims to indicate the basis, scope and principles of cooperation between the above mentioned authorities.
