Stres w pracy – wyzwanie w kształceniu przyszłych przedsiębiorców i menedżerów

Abstract

Przedmiotem artykułu jest kształcenie w zakresie stresu w pracy. Wskazując potencjalne stresory w pracy menedżerów i przedsiębiorców, ich odpowiedzialność za tworzenie bezpiecznych i zdrowych warunków pracy oraz efektywność pracy – własną i podległych osób, autorka rekomenduje kształcenie w zakresie stresu w pracy skierowane do studentów kierunku zarządzanie.The subject of the article is educating in the range of stress at work. Indicating potential stress factors at work of managers and entrepreneurs, their responsibility for creating safe and healthy working conditions and the productivity – own and of reporting persons, the author is recommending education in work stress management aimed at students of management studies.
