Abstract

Celem niniejszego artykułu jest podjęcie rozważań związanych z promowaniem zdrowego odżywiania wśród znanych youtuberów działających w dziedzinie sportu oraz dietetyki. Materiał egzemplifikacyjny stanowią wybrani i znani autorce przedstawiciele oraz osoby, które znajdują się w rankingu zamieszczonym na portalu apynews.pl. Przyjętą metodą są rozważania, czy działalność tych osób nie ma szkodliwego wpływu na fanów, dla których influencerzy są wzorem do naśladowania. Jak się okazuje, wymienione osoby są kompetentne i zachęcają swoich odbiorców do zastosowania pozytywnych zmian w ich życiu, na korzyść zdrowia.The aim of this article is to consider the promotion of healthy eating among famous Youtubers operating in the field of sports and dietetics. The examples are selected and known to the author representatives and people who are included in the ranking on the apynews.pl portal. The method adopted is to consider whether the activities of these people have a harmful reception among the fans for whom they are role models. As it turns out, these people are competent and encourage their audience to apply positive changes in their lives to the benefit of health.
