Restrukturyzacja zatrudnienia białego personelu – narzędzie w procesie ograniczania nierówności społecznych

Abstract

Artykuł jest próbą krótkiej analizy sytuacji kadry medycznej w Polsce w latach w świetle przemian społecznych, transformacji gospodarczej i procesu integracji europejskiej. Ten Autor przedstawia aktualną strukturę zatrudnienia wraz z czynnikami, które ją warunkują. Autor stawia tezę o roli restrukturyzacji zatrudnienia personelu białego, jako instrumentu, w procesie ograniczania nierówności społecznych, w którym zarówno personel medyczny, jak i pacjenci brać udział.This article is the attempt of short analysis of medical staff situation in Poland, in the light of social conversion, economic transformation and european integration process. The author presents current structure of employment along with factors, which stipulate it. Author puts the thesis about the role of restructuring white staff employment, as an instrument, in the limiting social inequality process, in which medical staff as well as patients participate.
