Handel ludźmi w Japonii

Abstract

W artykule zaprezentowano temat handlu ludźmi w Japonii. Skupiono się na nieodłącznych elementach, przyczynach, prawnych i społecznych oddziaływaniach oraz kulturowych odniesieniach. Poruszono udział mafii japońskiej – yakuzy jako głównego inicjatora handlu ludźmi, a także kroki, które należy podjąć, aby zatrzymać daleko idącą komercjalizację przemysłu seksualnego w Kraju Kwitnącej Wiśni.This paper presents the topic of human trafficking in Japan. It focuses on the inherent elements, causes, legal and social impacts, and cultural references. The involvement of the Japanese mafia, the yakuza, as the main instigator of human trafficking is discussed, as well as steps that should be taken to stop the far-reaching commercialization of the sex industry in the cherry blossom country.
