Abstract

W opracowaniu analizie poddano teoretyczne i metodologiczne aspekty podejścia do zagadnienia administrowania socjalną sferą działalności państwa. Zaproponowane zostały sposoby implementacji publicznej regulacji w zakresie modelu narodowego systemu ochrony zdrowia. Metodologia Publicznej Administracji została wzbogacona poprzez autorską definicję mechanizmów publicznego administrowania systemem opieki zdrowotnej. Przedstawiono istotę mechanizmów publicznego administrowania systemem opieki zdrowotnej.Theoretical and methodological approaches to administration of the humanitarian sphere of the state are considered in the article. On the model of the national system of health care the ways of implementation of public regulation have been suggested. Methodology of the Public Administration science has been improved by the author’s definition of the mechanisms of public administration of health care system. The essence of the mechanisms of public administration in health care system has been revealed.
