W niniejszym opracowaniu poruszona została problematyka związana z oddziaływaniem modelu „flexicurity” na modernizację rynków pracy wybranych państw europejskich. W części początkowej w sposób syntetyczny przedstawiono cel, ogólne założenia i elementy modelu „flexicurity” oraz wspólne zasady i ścieżki realizacji modelu uzgodnione na poziomie UE. Następnie poddano analizie korzyści oraz wady modelu. W części końcowej zaprezentowano koncepcje realizacji modelu „flexicurity” w warunkach polskich i niemieckich.

In the paper there were presented some problems connected with the influence of the flexicurity model on modernization of labour markets of the chosen European countries. In the first part of the study there were synthesized the aim, main rules and elements of the flexicurity model as well as the common basis for its realization specified at the EU level. The next part of the paper is devoted to the analysis of benefits and disadvantages of the model. In the final part, there were presented concepts of the flexicurity model realization in the Polish and German conditions.
