Realization of the prosecutors power’s in pre-trial investigation in criminal proceedings of Ukraine and Poland

Abstract

The article deals with the analysis of the Realization of the prosecutors power’s in pre-trial investigation in criminal proceedings of Ukraine and Poland. Legal regulation of this institute in criminal procedural law of Ukraine and Poland is studied. Functions of the prosecutor and prosecutor’s documents have been researched. Conclusions have been made as for comparison of legal institutes, foreseen in Criminal Procedural Codes of Ukraine and Poland.
