| dc.description.abstract | The article is devoted to constitutional and legal transformations in Ukraine in terms of restoring trust in the judiciary. Having taken a confident vector to implement European aspirations of citizens, Ukrainian government started reforms in several directions at once, including one of the most problematic - the reform in judiciary.
