Abstract

Wśród trendów obserwowanych we współczesnych, globalizujących się gospodarkach należy wskazać przenikające się tendencje transformacji do gospodarki opartej na wiedzy z rozwinięty sektor usług i tworzenie społeczeństwa informacyjnego. Sektor usług staje się polem stwarzającym szanse na ograniczenie problemu bezrobocia i dla wzrost jakości życia. Jednak przekształcenie struktury gospodarki wiąże się z: okres głębokiej restrukturyzacji w sferze produkcji i zatrudnienia. Stąd rola rządu, który stwarza warunki do adaptacji do nowej rzeczywistości, gdzie coraz więcej ważne staje się kapitałem ludzkim, staje się kluczowe.Among trends observed in modern, globalising economies there should be pointed mutually intermingling tendencies of transformation into knowledge-based economy with developed sector of services and creation of informative society. The sector of services becomes the field that creates chances for limiting problem of unemployment and for rising quality of life. However, transformation of structure of economy is connected with a period of deep restructuring in the sphere of production and employment. Hence, a role of government that creates conditions for adaptation to new reality, where more and more important becomes human capital, becomes crucial.
