dc.description.abstractAutor analizuje wybrane zagadnienia dotyczące transgranicznych skutków postępowań upadłościowych przeciwko członkom grupy spółek na mocy rozporządzenia (UE) 2015/848 Parlamentu Europejskiego oraz Rady z 20 maja 2015 r. w sprawie postępowania upadłościowego (przekształcenie). Autor zajmuje się podstawowymi zasadami, które mają zastosowanie w praktyce postępowania upadłościowego spółek wielonarodowych. Analizuje problemy, które występują w praktyce, na końcu artykułu formułuje sugestie de lege ferenda. Celem artykułu jest analiza specyfiki postępowania upadłościowego członków grupy spółek w państwach członkowskich Unii Europejskiej na mocy europejskiego rozporządzenia w sprawie niewypłacalności (przekształcenie).pl_PL.UTF-8
dc.description.abstractThe author in the article entitled “Insolvency proceedings of members of a group of companies” analyses selected issues relating to the cross-border effects of insolvency proceedings against members of a group of companies under the Regulation (EU) 2015/848 of the European parliament and of the Council of 20 May 2015 on insolvency proceedings (recast). The author deals with the fundamental rules which are applicable in the practice of insolvency proceedings of multinational companies. The author also refers to the related possible problems which occurres in the application practice and at the end of the article formulates suggestions de lege ferenda. The aim of the article is to analyse the specificities relating to insolvency proceedings of members of group of companies in the Member States of the European Union under the European insolvency regulation (recast).pl_PL.UTF-8
