Finansowanie systemów ubezpieczeń społecznych na przykładzie Polski, Niemiec i Wielkiej Brytanii

Abstract

Artykuł składa się ze wstępu, trzech rozdziałów i zakończenia. We wstępie scharakteryzowano pojęcie systemu ubezpieczeń społecznych oraz etapy tworzenia i techniki finansowania tego systemu. W rozdziale pierwszym zaprezentowane zostały podstawy finansowania systemu ubezpieczeń społecznych w Polsce. Rozdział drugi przedstawia podstawy finansowania systemu ubezpieczeń społecznych w Niemczech. W rozdziale ostatnim przedstawiono podstawy finansowania systemu ubezpieczeń społecznych w Wielkiej Brytanii. W zakończeniu zawarto najistotniejsze wnioski wynikające z dokonanych rozważań.

The paper consists of an introduction, three chapters and conclusions. The introduction includes the interpretation of the national insurance system and presentation of the stages of creation and techniques of funding it. The bases of funding the system of national insurance schemes in the Poland were presented in the first chapter. The second chapter indicates the bases of funding the system of national insurance schemes in the Germany. The bases of funding the system of national insurance schemes in Great Britain were introduced in the last chapter. Conclusions from the report were contained in the last part of the paper.
