Wzrost małych i średnich przedsiębiorstw w kontekście stosowanych narzędzi rachunkowości zarządczej i controllingu

Abstract

W artykule podjęto próbę analizy możliwych do zastosowania narzędzi rachunkowości zarządczej i controllingu w kolejnych fazach wzrostu małego i średniego przedsiębiorstwa. Autor podkreśla wagę stosowania tych instrumentów, traktując praktyki implementacji systemów wspomagających zarządzanie jako przejaw przedsiębiorczości i dążenie do pozyskania przewagi konkurencyjnej. Przechodzenie przedsiębiorstwa w kolejną fazę rozwoju jest wynikiem wielu czynników wewnętrznych i zewnętrznych, zaś zastosowanie narzędzi wspomagających procesy decyzyjne jest uwarunkowane m.in. stopniem dojrzałości podmiotu gospodarczego.

The analysis of management accounting and controlling tools which are possible to use in subsequent phases of the growth of small and medium enterprises are discussed in the article. The author stresses the importance of using these tools, considering the implementation of IT systems which support management of the company, as a manifestation of entrepreneurship and the desire to gain competitive advantage. Entrance in subsequent phase of development of the company is the result of many internal and external factors and the usage of tools which support decisionmaking process depends of, inter alia, maturity of the company.
