Praca dotyczy terytorialnej asymetrii w Europie jako przykład do wykorzystania dla Ukrainy. Jednym z problemów jest to, że PKB w stolicach państw jest wyższy na głowę mieszkańca aniżeli na tzw. Prowincjach.
The study concerns territorial asymmetry in Europe as an example that can be used in a model for Ukraine. One of the problems constitutes the fact that GDP per capita in capital cities is higher than in so called province.
