| dc.description.abstract | W artykule przedstawiono wyniki badań przeprowadzonych za pomocą wywiadu z 998 osoby w wieku 16-22 lat, dobrowolnie wybrane w dziewięciu gminach o różnym poziomie urbanizacja w Małopolsce. Autor chciał poznać kapitał ludzki respondentów skoncentrowanych na edukacji aspiracje i ich realizacja, zainteresowania i umiejętności. Na podstawie badań można stwierdzić różnicę między grupami wywiadów z podmiejskich, średnich i odległych społeczności jest bardzo wyraźnie zaznaczony, najbardziej ze szkodą dla tych ostatnich. | pol |
| dc.description.abstract | The article presents results of researches conducted by means of interview with 998 persons at the age 16-22, voluntary chosen in nine communities about different level of urbanisation in Malopolska. Author wanted to know the human capital of respondents concentrated on educational aspirations and their realization, interests and skills. On the base of researches one can affirm the difference among groups of interviews from suburban, middle and distant communities is very clearly marked, most to the detriment of the last. | eng |
