It przedstawia wyniki badań możliwości dostępu do technologii informacyjno-komunikacyjnych w krajach Unii Europejskiej oraz opisuje kierunki przepaści cyfrowej w polskim Socicie. w artykule zawarto również porównanie nowoczesnych technologii informacyjnych acccccedcauw Polsce i wybranych krajach europejskich.

This article concerns problem of the digital divide in information society. It presents results of surveys of opportunities to access information and communication technologies in countries of the European Union and describes lines of the digital divide in Polish society. The article also contains comparison of modern information technologies acccessibility in Poland and chosen European countries.
