Organizacja pracy kobiet w miejskich i wiejskich gospodarstwach domowych

Abstract

Celem artykułu było określenie zakresu i kosztu czasu pracy kobiet w gospodarstwie domowym. Wyniki badań pozwalają na scharakteryzowanie modelu organizacji gospodarstw domowych: Pośrednio w gospodarstwie domowym i zachowawczo w wiejskim gospodarstwie domowym. Ponadto, uzasadnione, że zakres i koszt czasu pracy w gospodarstwie domowym zależał od demografii, czynników ekonomicznych i sprzętu gospodarstwa domowego.The aim of the article was to determine the range and the cost of time of the women household activities. The results of study allow characterising the model of household organisation: indirect in country household and conservative in rural household. Also, founded that the range and the cost of time of the household work depended of demographics, economics factors and of household equipment.
