Wpływ reklamy na zachowania młodych i starszych konsumentów

dc.description.abstractReklama jest istotnym elementem współczesnego rynku. Mimo że odgrywa w nim ważną rolę i wspomaga jego rozwój, to nie jest lubiana przez konsumentów. Potwierdza to przeprowadzone w 2014 roku badanie ankietowe, którego nadrzędnym celem było poznanie wpływu reklamy na zachowania mieszkańców Trójmiasta. Większość z 255 badanych konsumentów nie lubi reklam i ich unika. Stwierdzono różnice w odpowiedziach młodych (18–25 lat) i starszych (60+) konsumentów. Ci pierwsi zdecydowanie bardziej negatywnie odnoszą się do reklam, natomiast seniorzy chętniej je oglądają i mają większe zaufanie do reklamowanych produktów. Badani preferują spoty reklamowe, które kierowane są do ich grupy wiekowej. Osoby starsze przedstawiane są w reklamie jako osoby pogodne i spokojne i taki swój obraz lubią. Reklamy skierowane do młodych zawierają treści i elementy ważne i charakterystyczne dla tego pokolenia. Wszyscy badani jako główne medium przekazywania reklamy wskazywali telewizję. Poza tym młodzież najczęściej styka się z reklamą poprzez Internet i telefony komórkowe oraz billboardy. Starsze osoby wskazywały jako główne medium reklamy również telewizję oraz radio. Najważniejszymi elementami w reklamie są według ankietowanych pomysł, informacja oraz muzyka. Na kolejnym miejscu znalazły się hasło reklamowe oraz chwyty reklamowe. W opinii badanych ważne jest użycie humoru, motywu dziecka, odwołanie do pozytywnych emocji oraz udział znanych osób. W dobie digitalizacji wskazana jest edukacja kolejnych pokoleń seniorów i przygotowanie ich na odbieranie komunikatów za pomocą nowoczesnych technologii.pl_PL.UTF-8
dc.description.abstractAdvertising is an important element in today's market. Although it plays an important role in it and supports its development is not liked by consumers. This was confirmed by survey carried out in 2014 whose primary objective was to investigate the impact of advertising on the behavior of the Tri-City residents. Most of the 255 consumers surveyed do not like advertisements and avoid them. Differences was found in the responses of young (18-25 y/o) and older (60+) consumers. The former ones relate to advertising definitely more negative, while seniors prefer to watch them and have greater confidence in the advertised products. The respondents prefer advertising spots that are targeted to their age group. The elderly are presented in advertisements as a cheerful and calm people and they like such own image. Ads aimed at young comprise contents and elements important and characteristic of this generation. All respondents as the main medium for advertising pointed to the television. Moreover, young people are frequently exposed to advertising via the Internet, mobile phones, and billboards. Older people point to the television and radio as the main medium of advertising. The most important elements in ads are idea, information, and music. In the next place were slogan and advertising gimmicks. According to the respondents, it is important to use humor, child theme, a reference to positive emotions and the participation of famous people. In the era of digitalization education the next generations of seniors and preparing them to receive messages by using modern technology is desirable.pl_PL.UTF-8
