Niniejsze opracowanie ma na celu ukazanie możliwości współpracy mieszkańców oraz organu stanowiącego w zakresie realizacji jego zadań w zależności od postanowień uchwały w sprawie zasad wnoszenia tej inicjatywy. Mogą być bowiem zachęcające dla mieszkańców, ale też takie, których wypełnienie jest niezwykle utrudnione. Tymczasem radni powinni być zainteresowani jak najszerszą współpracą z mieszkańcami, którzy ich wybrali na swoich przedstawicieli. Dodatkowo to właśnie mieszkańcy są beneficjentami uchwał organu stanowiącego, więc powinni mieć jak najszerszą możliwość zgłaszania własnych projektów. Jest to też forma zaangażowania mieszkańców w sprawy własnej jednostki samorządu terytorialnego we współpracy z organem stanowiącym.

The goal of this study is showing the possibilities of cooperation between the residents and the decision-making body in the implementation of its tasks.
