Abstract

Edukacja – proces stopniowego kształtowania i rozwoju człowieka oraz jego osobowości analizowana jest jako społeczno-kulturowy, szczególny etap rozwoju jednostki. Zmiany, które muszą nastąpić wraz z orientacją na nowe wartości w życiu jednostki są charakterystyczne dla współczesnego społeczeństwa. Odkąd jednostka może odczuwać i postrzegać te zmiany, zmiany te zachodzą w jej życiu. Stąd, współcześnie podstawowym celem edukacji jest „organizacja wewnętrznego życia jednostki” zgodnie z jej wartościami duchowymi w większym stopniu niż nauczanie pojęć.Education – the process of gradual formation and development of the man and the personality, is being considered as a socio-cultural and special stage of a person’s development. The changes which need to be filled up with new value orientations in an individual’s life are typical for modern society. Since only the person can sense and perceive such changes, the changes have happened to the person. Thus, nowadays the primary educational goal is “organizing a person’s inward life” in accordance with their spiritual values rather than learning notions.
