Abstract
Opracowanie dotyczy szeroko pojętego otoczenia, w którym obserwuje się zjawiska katastrof przyrodniczych i antropogenicznych. Problem katastrof jest zagadnieniem bardzo złożonym, ale jednocześnie niezbędnym dla zrozumienia rozwoju społeczno-gospodarczego.
The study deals with a widely defined surroundings, where phenomena of natural and anthropogenic catastrophes are observed. The problem of catastrophes is a very complicated issue, however, it is also necessary to understand socio-economic development.
