Skutki nierówności społecznych

Abstract

W artykule przedstawiono konsekwencje dla kraju i obywateli wynikające z nierówności społecznych. Transformacja ustrojowa powoduje, że część osób z różnych powodów jest gorzej usytuowana ekonomicznie i dlatego rząd jest zainteresowany pomocą społeczną. Oprócz instytucji społecznych organizowanych przez rząd, na rynek wchodzi odrodzona po nieistnieniu PRL-u organizacja kościelna Caritas Polska, która skutecznie służy potrzebującym. Jednym daje chleb, a innym możliwość pracy lub działalności charytatywnej. Wszystkie te działania pomocowe są efektem pogłębiania się nierówności, które w bardzo skróconej formie są w pracy niwelowane. Rozwiązanie nie nastąpi po wejściu do UE. Polska musi rozwiązać ten problem poprzez aktywne formy walki z nierównościami.

The article presents consequences for the country and citizens coming from social inequalities. The system transformation results in the fact that some people because of different reasons are worse economically situated and so the government is interested in social aid. Apart from social institutions organised by the government, the re-born after PRL’s inexistence church organisation Caritas Polska that effectively serves the needy, enters the market. For ones it gives bread and for the others – the possibility of work or charity activity. All these help activities are the results of deepening inequalities that in a very abridged form are detracted in the paper. The solution will not ensue from the accession to EU. Poland has to resolve the problem by active forms of fight against the inequalities.
