dc.description.abstract	Głównym celem pracy było określenie pozycji referendarza sądowego w procesie karnym. Rozprawa podzielona została na dziewięć rozdziałów. Przedstawiono zarówno rys historyczny instytucji referendarza sądowego, podejmowane w doktrynie próby zdefiniowania pojęcia „referendarz sądowy”, jak i cele wprowadzenia instytucji referendarza sądowego do systemu polskiego sądownictwa. Przedstawiono również charakter instytucji referendarza sądowego w wybranych systemach prawnych państw europejskich. Ukazano zależności pomiędzy udziałem referendarza sądowego w procesie karnym, polegającym na wykonywaniu zadań z zakresu ochrony prawnej, a wymierzaniem sprawiedliwości. Dokonano przedstawienia zakresu uprawnień referendarza sądowego w procesie karnym, trybu procedowania referendarza sądowego oraz zakresu kontroli sprawowanej nad jego działalnością. Poruszono kwestię prawnych konsekwencji nieprawidłowości w działaniu referendarza sądowego oraz ponoszonej z tego tytułu przez niego odpowiedzialności, a także przedstawiono uregulowania dotyczące udziału referendarza sądowego w innych postępowaniach o charakterze represyjnym. Rozwój instytucji referendarza sądowego jest zagadnieniem niezwykle istotnym badawczo. Stąd też niezwykle ważne było dla Autorki kompleksowe przedstawienie instytucji referendarza sądowego w postępowaniu karnym na tle jego dotychczasowego rozwoju w Polsce i Europie.	pl_PL.UTF-8
dc.description.abstract	The main purpose of paper was to define the position of a court referendary in a criminal trial. The dissertation is divided into nine chapters. It presents both the historical outline of the institution of a court referendary, attempts made in the doctrine to define the term "court referendary", and the objectives of introducing the institution of a court referendary into the Polish judiciary. It presents the nature of the institution of a court referendary in selected legal systems of European countries also. Further, it shows the relationship between participation of a court referendary in a criminal trial consisting in the performance of tasks in the field of legal protection, and the administration of justice. The dissertation presents the scope of the powers of a court referendary in a criminal trial, the proceedings of a court referendary, and the scope of control exercised over his activity. The dissertation presents the legal consequences of irregularities in the actions of the court referendary and the liability incurred by them in this respect and regulations concerning the participation of a court referendary in other proceedings of a repressive nature. The development of the institution of a court referendary is an extremely important research issue. Hence, it was extremely important for the author to comprehensively present the institution of a court referendary in criminal proceedings against the background of its development so far in Poland and Europe.	pl_PL.UTF-8
