| dc.description.abstract | Poszukiwanie najbardziej odpowiedniej formy organizacji i prawa dla instytucji badawczych i rozwojowych istnieje kilka propozycji, które można opisać następująco: – Organizacje R+ D o podobnym profilu powinny być ujednolicone, aby były bardziej wydajne, – Niektóre organizacje R+ D powinny zostać włączone do struktury szkolnictwa wyższego lub PANELOWEJ, – Większość organizacji R+ D należy zmienić, aby stać się spółkami z zyskiem, w niektórych gałęziach należy opracować strukturę holdingową i omawiać ten ostatni wniosek, mając na uwadze przykład przemysłu lekkiego. Autorzy programu restrukturyzacji instytucji badawczych i rozwojowych głosują za elastycznymi formami organizacji i prawa. Zmiany w tej dziedzinie na całym świecie pokazują, że współpraca między przedsiębiorstwami i R+ D jest konieczna. Aby uzyskać dalsze funkcjonowanie organizacji badawczo-rozwojowych, należy wykonać niektóre z tych ruchów: – Powinny być możliwe prywatne formy organizacji instytucji R+ D, – należy stworzyć instytucje R+ D, – należy ustanowić współpracę między R+ D a przedsiębiorstwami w oparciu o właściwe operacje finansowe, – instytucje R+ D powinny współpracować w ramach szóstego programu ramowego. | pol |
| dc.description.abstract | Searching for the most suitable organisation and law form for research and development institutions there are a few proposals that may be described as following: – R+ D organisations having their profile similar to each other should be unified to be more efficient, – some of the R+ D organisations should be included into the higher education structure or PAN, – Most of the R+ D organisations should be changed to become profit companies, and in some branches the holding structure should be developed and this last proposal is talked over having in mind the light industry example. The authors of the restructurisation programme for research and development institutions vote for the flexible organisation and law forms. The changes all over the world in this field show that the cooperation between business and R+ D is necessary. To receive the further operation of research and development organisations some of the movements should be done: – private forms of organisation for R+ D institutions should be possible, – holding of R+ D institutions should be created, – cooperation between R+ D and business basing on the proper financial operations should be established, – R+ D institutions should cooperate in the 6th Framework Programme. | eng |
