Abstract

Samorządy są jedną z wielu instytucji, które mogą zrekompensować negatywne skutki nierówności społecznej. Gminy i wyższe jednostki administracyjne mają strategię rozwój – skuteczny instrument przeciwdziałania niepożądanym skutkom polaryzacji społecznej. Ten artykuł jest próbą wskazania potencjalnych możliwości dotarcia do społeczności wiejskich pomoc, poprzez zastosowanie strategii rozwoju we wszystkich lokalnych jednostkach administracyjnych, na siła podziału zadań statutowych. Strategia rozwoju musi być komplementarna we wszystkich zakresach.

Local governments are one of many institutions who can compensate a negative results of social inequality. Communities and higher local administrative units have strategy of development – effective instrument to counteract for undesirable effects of social polarisation. This article is an attempt to point potential abilities to come to country communities aid, by applying the strategy of development in all local administrative units, on the strength of statutory tasks division. The strategy of development must be complementary in all ranges.
