Wybrane koncepcje pomiaru gospodarki opartej na wiedzy

W opracowaniu przedstawiono wybrane koncepcje pomiaru gospodarki opartej na wiedzy. Proponuje się ich uporządkowanie według zakresu uwzględnianych przekształceń na koncepcje holistyczne i sektorowe. Podkreśla się konieczność wiązania rozważań o charakterze teoretycznym z tworzeniem odpowiedniej bazy statystycznej pozwalającej na dokonywanie międzyokresowych i międzynarodowych porównań stopnia rozwoju gospodarki opartej na wiedzy.

In the study there were presented some chosen concepts of knowledge-based economy measurement. The proposal of their classification on the holistic and sectorial ones according to the range of transformation taken into account was put forward. There was stressed the necessity of connecting theoretical thoughts with creation of adequate statistic base that enables international as well as overtime comparisons of the level of knowledge-based economy development.
