Instytucjonalne możliwości kreowania kapitału ludzkiego w jednostkach organizacyjnych

Abstract

W badaniu przedstawiono wybrane instytucje (rozwiązania instytucjonalnych), które mogą zasadniczo wpływać na tworzenie kapitału ludzkiego w jednostkach organizacyjnych. Wiedza jako element kapitału ludzkiego jest zasobem nieograniczonym, a jej rozwój wymaga wsparcia różnych instytucji, które są instytucjami edukacyjnymi, instytucjami finansowymi, instytucjami publicznymi, a także instytucjami uznanymi za normy i regulacje prawne obowiązujące w praktyce, a także w zakresie kuli i mentorności rynkowej. Wsparcie to jest ważniejsze, aby zakres gospodarki opartej na wiedzy wyznaczał granice między centrum europejskim a peryferia europejskie.In the study there were presented chosen institutions (institutional solutions) that can essentially influence creation of human capital in organizational units. Knowledge as an element of human capital is infinite resource and its development requires support of different institutions that are educational institutions, financial institutions, public institutions as well as institutions understood as norms and legal regulations valid in practice and also culture and market mentality. This support is the more important that the range of knowledge based economy will set boundaries between European centre and European periphery.
