Punktem wyjścia badań przedstawionych w artykule było założenie, że: hipoteza zakończenia epoki pełnego zatrudnienia w sektorze publicznym i rynkowym można traktować jako pracę dyplomową. Oznacza to, że w obszarze problemów dotyczących zatrudnienia” należy szukać dochodów innych niż klasyczne. Sektor społeczny został potraktowany ze szczególną uwagą. Źródła sukcesów w ciągu przeanalizowano dziedzinę tego sektora. Potencjalne możliwości i pozytywne aspekty wskazano dalszy rozwój inicjatyw w tym obszarze – jako jedno, ale nie” unikalne rozwiązanie alternatywne. Jednocześnie problem możliwości wsparcia podjęto omawiany w artykule trend rozwojowy.

The starting point of the investigation presented in the paper was the assumption that the hypothesis of the ending of the epoch of full employment in public and market sector can be treated as thesis. It means that within the area of problems concerning employment and income other than classic solution should be searched for. Social sector has been regarded with special consideration. Sources of successes within the field of this sector have been analysed. Potential possibilities and positive aspects of further development of initiatives within this area have been pointed out – as one but not unique alternative solution. At the same time the problem of possibilities of supporting of the development trend being discussed in the paper has been undertaken.
