Procesy upodabniania się struktur gospodarczych Polski i wybranych krajów Unii Europejskiej

Abstract

W artykule podjęto analizę procesu konwergencji między trójsektorową strukturą zatrudnienia w Polsce i najwyżej rozwiniętych krajach UE-15, w oparciu o metodę przedstawioną przez K. Kukułę. Odległość między analizowanymi konstrukcjami jest nadal duży, a na proces konwergencji negatywnie wpływają zaburzenia przemian strukturalnych w Polsce. Niezbędne wydaje się podjęcie złożonej restrukturyzacji programy wspierające międzysektorowy przepływ pracy.In the article there was taken the analysis of process of convergence between three-sectoral structure of employment in Poland and in the highest developed countries of EU-15, based on the method presented by K. Kukuła. Distance between the analysed structures is still large and the process of convergence is negatively influenced by disturbances of structural transformation in Poland. It appears necessary to take up complex restructuring programs that support inter-sectoral movement of labour.
