Artykuł zawiera analizę zmian regulacji prawnych w zakresie Prawa zamówień publicznych. Autorka przedstawia problemy praktyczne stosowania dotychczasowej ustawy oraz zasadność zmian sposobu przeprowadzania postępowań z zakresu zamówień publicznych oraz zawierania umów. W opracowaniu poruszono także zagadnienia związane z zasadami Prawa zamówień publicznych oraz środkami ochrony prawnej w nowym Prawie zamówień publicznych i elektronizacją komunikacji w zamówieniach publicznych.The article refers an analysis of changes in legal regulations in the field of public procurement law. The author presents the practical problems of applying the existing act and the legitimacy of changes in the principles and detailed regulations on the manner of conducting proceedings and concluding contracts. The article also addresses issues related to the principles of public procurement law and legal protection measures in the new public procurement law and electronic of communication in public procurement.
