| dc.description.abstract | Celem autorki artykułu jest pokazanie znaczenia problemu społecznego sierocińca w Polsce, jego zróżnicowania w zależności od regionu, a także wskazanie możliwych powodów takiego połączenia. Podstawowym celem tego artykułu jest próba określenia najważniejszych trudności związanych z zapobieganiem i zmuszaniem do osierocenia się w domu dziecka oraz warunków, które należy spełnić, aby w przyszłości poradzić sobie z podobnymi trudnościami. Ostateczny zamiar autorki wskazuje na potrzebę, a nawet konieczność poszukiwania rozwiązań, które mogłyby pomóc w sprawowaniu funkcji systemu opieki nad dziećmi i stosowaniu go do potrzeb i wymagań tymczasowych. | pol |
| dc.description.abstract | The aim of the authoress of the article is showing the importance of the problem of social orphanage in Poland, its differentiation depending on the region and also pointing possible reasons of such conjuncture. The fundamental aim of that article is an attempt to identify the most crucial difficulties connected with preventing and compenstaing social orphanage and the conditions that should be fulfilled to cope with similar difficulties in the future. The final intention of the authoress is showing the need, or even the necessity to search solutions that would help function the system of childcare and apply it to contemporary needs and requirements. | eng |
