Abstract

Celem artykułu jest ukazanie ontologicznych podstaw organizacji uczącej się. W ramach tak sformułowanego zamierzenia dokonano prezentacji cech wyróżniających organizację uczącą się spośród innych typów organizacji. Ukazano organizację uczącą się w świetle dualistycznej koncepcji bytu realnego oraz zaprezentowano systemowe wyróżniki organizacji uczącej się.The aim of the paper is to present ontological background of learning organization. In the range of such defined topic, article presents the attributes that distinguish learning organization out of the other types of organizations. Describes learning organization in the light of two-categorical ontology and points out systemic interpretation of learning organization.
