| dc.description.abstract | Strategia wzrostu firmy i jej wpływ na politykę rozwoju ludzkiego – jest to przedmiotem rozważanej tezy. Teza jest napisana na podstawie niektórych informacji i danych uzyskanych od firmy, teza jest o. Prace te dotyczą zarządzania zasobami ludzkimi, poprawy stanu personelu i szkolenia. Ponadto teza opiera się również na badaniu empirycznym (ankiecie). Wyniki wskazują na kwalifikacje i wiedzę z zakresu systemu pracy, które są głównym standardem selekcji w nowych zespołach. | dc.description.abstract | Growth strategy of the company and its influence on their human development policy – this is a subject of the thesis being concerned. The thesis is written on a basis of some information and data gained from the company, the thesis is about. The work deals with management of human resources, staff improvement and training. Additionally, the thesis is also based on empirical survey (questionnaire). The findings show the qualifications and knowledge of the work system arę the main selection standard in new team creations.
