| dc.description.abstract | A sociological reflection will pertain selected areas of women’s activity in Rzeszow. The article encompasses demographic structure, education and situation of women on a local labour market. An important issue comprises of women’s professional activity as well as their entrepreneurship. Data presenting unemployment rate highlight unfavourable situation of women on labour market.
