| dc.description.abstract | Celem niniejszego opracowania jest określenie zasadności korzystania z tłumacza elektronicznego w toku postępowania administracyjnego, którego stroną jest cudzoziemiec. Wykorzystanie nowoczesnych rozwiązań może mieć pozytywny wpływ na czas trwania postępowania. Przy zachowaniu standardów tłumacz elektroniczny może zostać zakwalifikowany jako narzędzie pomocnicze. Ważne jednak, aby wykorzystanie tego rozwiązania zostało dokładnie udokumentowane w aktach sprawy. | pol |
| dc.description.abstract | The aim of this study is determine the appropriateness of using an electronic translator during administrative proceeding which part is foreigner. The use of modern solutions may have a positive influence for the duration of the proceeding. While maintaining standards, the translator can be classified as an auxiliary tool.
