dc.description.abstractW artykule autorka podejmuje tematykę gwarancji poszanowania praw pacjenta z zaburzeniami psychicznymi do samostanowienia oraz do poszanowania godności i intymności. Analiza dogmatyczno-prawna została poczyniona na tle takich zagadnień jak: przyjęcie do szpitala psychiatrycznego za zgodą, przyjęcie do szpitala psychiatrycznego bez zgody w trybie wnioskowym oraz nagłym, wypisanie ze szpitala psychiatrycznego czy stosowanie środków przymusu bezpośredniego przez personel medyczny. Artykuł zawiera postulaty de lege ferenda w zakresie stosowania środków przymusu bezpośredniego wobec pacjentów z zaburzeniami psychicznymi.pol
dc.description.abstractIn the article, the author deals with the subject of guarantee of respect for the patient's rights with mental disorders to self-determination and to respect for dignity and intimacy. Dogmatic and legal analysis has been made on the background of such issues as: admission to a psychiatric hospital with consent, admission to a psychiatric hospital without consent in the application and emergency, discharge from a psychiatric hospital or use of direct coercion by medical personnel. The article contains de lege ferenda postulates regarding the use of direct coercion measures for patients with mental disorders.eng
