Instytucjonalne instrumenty ograniczania nierówności społecznych

Abstract

Instytucje powstały w konkretnych warunkach i są również wynikiem realnych potrzeb. Sam mechanizm rynkowy oparty jest na instytucjach, ale instytucje te nie zapewniają pełnego wykorzystania zasobów czynników produkcji. Podkreśla się potrzebę istnienia instytucji pomagających jednostkom znajdującym się (z różnych zresztą przyczyn) w trudnej sytuacji ekonomicznej. W opracowaniu przedstawiono analizę roli instytucji wspomagających. Choć ich znaczenie jest niebagatelne, nie można jednak uznać, że stanowią one automatyczny mechanizm rozwiązania problemu nierówności społecznych.Institutions came into existence in specific conditions and they are also a result of real needs. Market mechanism itself is based on institu[1]tions but these institutions cannot guarantee full usage of production fac[1]tors. There is stressed a necessity of existence of institutions supporting individuals in difficult (for different reasons) economic condition. The analysis of the role of supporting institutions was presented in the paper. Although their meaning is essential, they cannot be treated as an auto[1]matic mechanism for solving the problem of the social inequality.
